Top of the Rockies Basketball camp set for May 27-30
ALAMOSA, Colo.— Adams State College men’s basketball coach Mark Murdock reminded local youth Wednesday that the Top of the Rockies Camp featuring the Grizzly players and coaching staff is coming up from Tuesday, May 27 through Friday, May 30 and that spots are available.
The cost of the commuter camp that runs from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. during each of the four days is just $140 and includes lunches. A family rate for those with two or more registered campers is also available. The second and additional campers in that situation will be charged just $90.
Murdock is encouraging campers to pre-register with a $50 deposit although he will accept on-site registrations from 8-9 a.m. on the first day of the camp (Tuesday, May 27).
The camp, which is open to boys entering the first through ninth grades, will feature individual instruction by the ASC coaching staff and Grizzly players, team play and daily skills competition.
Campers will also receive a camp basketball, a camp T-shirt and awards.
