2008 Adams State College Volleyball Preseason Information

Head Coach Lindy Mortensen, entering her fourth year with the Grizzlies, will return five starters and eight total players from last year's team that advanced to the semifinals of the RMAC Tournament. Juniors Andrea Tuck (Erie, Colo.) and Darcy Jennings (Lakin, Kan.), both of whom earned all-region honors in 2007, are included in that bunch.
The Grizzlies will begin their pre-season in early August and will showcase their talents on Saturday, Aug. 23 during an Alumni match before beginning the regular season on Aug. 29. The Grizzlies play their first nine matches away from home before starting their 10-match home schedule on Sept. 19 against New Mexico Highlands.
