RMAC Men's Basketball Release #6

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-- Click here to view the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's sixth weekly men's basketball release of the 2009-10 season. Included in Monday's release is a look at conference standings, recent results, RMAC Player of the Week selections, news & notes from around the conference and a look at the RMAC's preseason coaches' poll, national rankings and a complete game schedule for all the conference teams.
RMAC play began last week as the East Division teams used their home-court advantage in the first week to post a combined 7-6 record against teams from the West Division during the first week of inter-divisional play.
The Adams State College Grizzlies, 3-4 overall, went 1-1 during the weekend but will now get the opportunity to be at home for Friday and Saturday night games against Nebraska-Kearney (5-3, 1-1 RMAC) and Chadron State (3-4, 1-1 RMAC), respectively. Those are two of the 12 games that West Division teams will host in an extended Thursday-Sunday weekend.
