RMAC Volleyball Release #7

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—  Click here to view the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference’s seventh weekly volleyball release of the 2010 season. Include in Monday’s release are RMAC/Baden Player of the Week selections, conference standings, upcoming schedules, recent results, news and notes, and a look at the national and RMAC preseason polls.

The Adams State College Grizzlies (5-12, 2-7 RMAC) return home this week to begin a 5-match homestand.  On Thursday, the Grizzlies will face Chadron State (2-15, 1-8 RMAC) before hosting UC-Colorado Springs (10-8, 4-5 RMAC) on Friday.  The Grizzlies then play Metro State, ranked 18th in the American Volleyball Coaches Association NCAA Division II Coaches' Poll on Saturday.  Metro State, the seventh nationally ranked team the Grizzlies will play this year, is currently 13-5 overall and 7-2 in RMAC play.
