Saturday's Hawaiian Night Games to be televised by KSPK
Station also to air Feb. 19 games

WALSENBURG, Colo.— Adams State College's Saturday night Hawaiian Night basketball games will be televised on a tape-delay basis by KSPK, station general manager Paul Richards and ASC Athletic Offices have announced.
The Grizzlies' Feb. 19 games against Colorado Mines, will also be aired.
Veteran broadcaster Dan Karcher, the play-by-play radio voice of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox will handle play-by-play duties while KSPK Sports Director Bryant Johnson, the normal radio voice of the Grizzlies, will provide color commentary, for both doubleheaders.
Saturday's women's game against the Skyhawks will tip-off at 6 p.m. with the men's to follow at approximately 8 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite Hawaiian gear.
They will be aired on KSPK-TV on Sunday (Jan. 30) starting at 6 p.m. They will also be re-broadcast on Saturday, Feb. 5, starting at 7 p.m. The air times for the Feb. 19 games against the Orediggers, which also tip-off at 6 and 8 p.m., have also been set as Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. and Feb. 26 at 7 p.m.
KSPK-TV can be viewed in the following areas:
Walsenburg on channel 28 (over the air) and on Bresnan Cable channel 16
Trinidad on channel 34 (over the air)
Aguilar on channel 17 (over the air)
Colorado City/Rye on channel 28 (over the air) and on TVision channel 10
Fans that are not in those viewing areas can purchase DVDs of either or both games directly from KSPK-TV by calling Susan at 719-738-3636, or by emailing her at susan@kspk.com. The cost is $12 per DVD and fans should allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
