J.V. Basketball tryout set for May 7
ALAMOSA, Colo.— Adams State College junior varsity men’s basketball coach Jeff Storm announced that he will hold tryouts for his 2011-12 team on Saturday, May 7, from 3-5 p.m. in the main Plachy Hall Gymnasium.
All new, returning or prospective ASC students who are interested in playing on the squad are encouraged to attend.
All players attending the tryout must have had an athletic physical in the six months prior to the tryout, and must bring proof of that physical and proof of insurance to the tryout. Per NCAA regulations, students who are attending or have attended other 4-year institutions must have transfer releases on file prior to contact with ASC athletic department staff.
Interested players should also be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
