Prep: 4-year varsity starter and all-conference pick for the Northridge HS Grizzlies of Greeley, Colo… Earned first team all-conference honors as a senior in the fall of 2008, a year in which Steve Brubacher was the head coach… Played midfield position… Had played for coach Sam Chuenchit the three prior years… Was the recipient of the Sam Chuenchit award as a senior… Earned second team all-conference honors as a junior… Was also an honorable mention selection as a sophomore and freshman.
Club: Played for coach Scott Winn and the Northern Colorado Soccer Club during his U-11 through U-16 years… Later played for the Colorado Rapids Soccer Academy U17-18 squad in 2008-09… Was also a guest player for the Littleton United Soccer Club that were State Cup runner-ups… Also involved in the Olympic Development program in 2005 and 2008.
