Lamb tabbed as Grizzlies' Director of Lacrosse
ALAMOSA, Colo.— Adams State College Director of Athletics Larry Mortensen has announced that Jason Lamb has been hired as the Grizzlies’ new Director of Lacrosse.
Lamb, who has been serving as the head men’s lacrosse coach for the Brigham Young University club-level team since 1995, will oversee both the men’s and women’s Grizzly teams which both begin play in the 2010-11 academic year. [+]

Adams State to add five 'enrollment-based' sports
ALAMOSA, Colo.— The Adams State College Board of Trustees unanimously approved a plan Friday that will add five additional “enrollment-based” sports to the institution’s well-rounded athletic program over the next two years. The plan calls for the addition of men’s golf, men’s soccer and women’s swimming & diving for the 2009-10 academic year and further expansion with the sports of women’s lacrosse and men’s swimming & diving, starting in the fall of 2010.
